Summer’s here folks (Ok, maybe don’t rely on the weather forecast for that one) but June to August heralds the arrival of outdoor garden parties, BBQs and alfresco fun!
Summer also offers the opportunity to go bigger and better with all that extra space so we’ve listed some of our top tips to make your garden party one to remember:
- Keep an eye on the weather forecast, we do live in a changeable British climate so always have a Plan B so you’re prepared for the unexpected. How about a marquee in case your guests need to take shelter, perhaps some external heating, we love nothing more than summer evenings around a firepit, perhaps you can supply some blankets to take the chill off once the sun goes down?
- Entertainment- whether your guest list includes adults, children or both then a bouncy castle or inflatable bungee run can provide hours and hours of fun for all ages. Plus, lots of our inflatables include a rain cover options too, just in case that weather turns at the last minute- no excuse to ruin the fun!
- Food, what’s on the menu? BBQ, canapes, buffet? We’ll take all of the above thanks. Don’t forget to include drink options too- how about a cocktail or two? Even better, add a alcohol free version – here’s some awesome inspirational ideas to get you started
- Decorations- Themed? We’ve got a bouncy castle to match many theme ideas. Plus, bunting, table arrangements, balloons, hanging lights and pom poms can be a great addition to your party atmosphere. If you’re going for a picnic look, a few oversized blankets and baskets can look amazing.
- Set the dress code. Heels and dresses are a big no no for inflatables (we’re speaking from experience here) so if your garden party includes a fun inflatable or bouncy castle, be sure to let your guests know ahead of time and that way no-one misses out on arrival.
We’ll await our invite, you can find our contact details here. If you have any questions on how to incorporate a bouncy castle option for your next party, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Enjoy that sunshine…
