Is set up and delivery included in the price?
Set up and delivery, up to 15 miles, is included. Any further distances will incur a small delivery charge to cover extra fuel costs.
Is there a discount for multiple hires?
Yes, a discount is available for multiple hires for the same location at the same time.
Is the equipment tested and insured?
Yes, all equipment is regularly checked and covered by public liability insurance.
What if it rains?
Our Blackpool Bouncy Castles all have built-in shower covers. Don’t worry If you have to cancel due to the weather being too bad (heavy rain/high winds) as we do not charge for cancellations. We always
phone you the day before the booking to confirm times and check that the weather is okay. If the forecast is wrong and your party is a washout, we will give you a half price weekday hire over the next school holidays.
What time will you arrive?
We deliver from 7:00 a.m on Saturday and from 8:00 am from any other day. your castle will arrive before 12pm that day. If you have specific times to operate (i.e., you have a hall hired for a set period) we will arrange our bookings around your needs. We can’t always confirm times, when you book, as we arrange our deliveries geographically.
How long can I keep the Blackpool Bouncy Castle hire?
Ideally, you want it delivered early in the morning so that you get a full days hire. Blackpool Bouncy Castle collections are between 4.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m., although next day collections can be made for a surcharge (£15). We need to have all of our collections completed before it gets dark – it’s hard to pack
away when we can’t see all the equipment! When you make your booking we will check the time of your party and discuss collection times to make sure collection fits around your arrangements.
Can I have a Blackpool Bouncy Castle hire overnight?
We can arrange overnight hire for an additional cost of £20, but Blackpool Bouncy Castles are ONLY to be left in a secure garden. You must accept full responsibility for the Blackpool Bouncy Castle and equipment. You will also need to put the electric equipment into a dry location (such as inside your home or shed) overnight.
Can I book at the last minute?
Of course. Leave it until the day of your event, if you wish, but don’t be upset if we have no availability! In summer, especially, we recommend booking in advance. Also, you should book well in advance for bank holidays, as Blackpool Bouncy Castles are in big demand.
How long does it take to set up, inflate, and deflate a bouncy
castle?
It takes around 10 to 20 minutes to set up a bouncy castle, and 15 to 25 minutes to take it away.
Can I drive and collect a Blackpool Bouncy Castle hire from you?
Unfortunately, for insurance and safety reasons, we only deliver and install the equipment
ourselves.
What do I need to do before you get here?
All Blackpool Bouncy Castle hires are delivered on a sack trolley, so at least 3 ft. clear access is
required. Ensure paths and access to your garden are free of objects. We carry 25m extension cables, so if your power source is further than this, please let us know. Please check to ensure the area is free of objects, and clear up any animal waste that you may be in your garden.
What sort of surface do you need for the Blackpool Bouncy Castle?
We need a fairly flat grassy area (slight slopes are okay) so the castle can be staked down. Blackpool Bouncy Castles can’t stay on steep slopes or under low hanging trees. The area has to be free of any stones, objects, excessive mud, or animal waste. We reserve the right to refuse to set up a Blackpool Bouncy Castle if the ground is not in an acceptable condition.
How much room do you need to erect a bouncy castle?
We need a 4 ft. space at the front and back of the Blackpool Bouncy Castle and a 2 ft. gap at both sides. Please prune any trees or shrubs that may be overhanging before we arrive on site to deliver the bouncy castle.
Is my garden big enough for a Blackpool Bouncy Castle?
We can come to your home and check for fit. This service is free of charge and there is no obligation. The 12 ft. x 12 ft. castles are the most popular size as they fit in most gardens. Remember, we will need a passage of at least 3 ft. wide to get the Blackpool castle into the garden.
Can your bouncy castles be used indoors?
Absolutely. We can set up Blackpool Bouncy Castles indoors and in venues, such as village halls, churches, community centres, nurseries, and schools. In these situations, sand bags are provided to secure the castle.
Can the Blackpool Bouncy Castle be moved?
NO! Insurance and safety reasons prohibit the Blackpool Bouncy Castle from being moved under any
circumstances. It must not be moved.
How safe is it?
We comply with the latest Health and Safety Executive guidelines for Inflatable Play Equipment and possess current safety certificates. The hirer is responsible for ensuring there is adult supervision of the unit and equipment, and of all people using it at all times.
Have you got insurance?
Yes, we carry public liability insurance,which will cover accidents such as equipment failure due to improper installation. The hirer is responsible for ensuring there is adult supervision of the unit and equipment, and supervision of all people using the bouncy castle and equipment at all times.
Do I need to keep the blower running?
Yes, the blower needs to be on whilst the Blackpool Bouncy Castle is in use. If the weather changes to heavy rain or winds - switch off by the mains and let the castle deflate.
What is the cost in home electricity to use a bouncy castle?
£1 for the entire day.
What about safety mats?
Every Blackpool Bouncy Castle is supplied with “crash mats.”
Do you have an age limit for using the castles?
All Blackpool Bouncy Castles are appropriate for children up to the age of 12. The Adult Castles,
however, are suitable for all ages.
Do you hire bouncy castles for events like nursery open days, fund
raisers, charity, school galas and other such events?
Yes! unfortunately because we're so busy, we cant offer discounts or free bouncy castles for charity events at peak times.

Credit / Debit Cards: We accept cards using our online payment system, it's very easy to use and no signup required. you can either pay 20% of the total booking value and the reminder before your event date OR you can pay in full.
Where do you deliver?
All areas that have a PR and FY postcode - such as Blackpool, Lytham St. Anne’s, Fleetwood, St.Anne’s, Cleveleys, Poulton-le-Fylde, Kirkham, Freckleton, Wyre, Preston, . This isn’t to say we won’t deliver elsewhere; if you live outside these areas, please call for a quote.
