Brilliant service, friendly staff, and very accommodating. We were let down last minute with another company and Blackpool Bounce could fit us in at short notice. On the day we had booked the castle for it was heavy rain all day and they were able to allow us to move the castle to the next day. The staff were very friendly and made us feel exited for our day ahead! Thank you very much! The castle was in great working condition and clean. They also brought their own extension lead which I know other places don’t. Will definitely use them again.

Unbelievable service! Phoned me the night before to discuss the order and arrange the time of drop off. When the bouncy castle was dropped off, the man ensured everything was ok and accommodated and extra needs. As it was for a birthday party and we wanted the castle all day, we agreed a perfect collection time. Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable guy. I will be using again and won't hesitate in recommending Blackpool Bounce to anyone.

Bouncy castle arrived at 0740hrs, which may be considered a bit early but in accordance with their policy and considering the bank holiday weekend schedule I fully understand. Delivery lads were friendly, polite and professional.

The bouncy castle itself, the unicorn bounce/slide combo, was brand new from supplier and my party of 4 kids were the first to use it. Well constructed, clean and better than the high standard I already expected. That said, the price represented excellent value for money and the great service from Anthony and his company made the day extra special.

The kids had a thoroughly enjoyable day and the birthday girl said it was the best birthday ever.

I can't recommend Blackpool Bounce highly enough, and we're already looking forward to the next party!

just to say thank you ever so much for the bouncy castle, with disco dome lights, music and a slide, that you supplied for my wedding.

Hired the Pirates Castle for my child's birthday and have to say what a fantastic service. I was sent a text message in the morning confirming that the bouncy castle would be delivered on schedule which puts your mind at rest when organising a kids party.
